Before You Come

• Come fasting (8–10 hrs) for accurate blood sugar & lipid results — morning slots recommended.
• Carry CDC, passport, previous medical certificate and spectacles if used.
• Avoid loud environments 14–16 hours before audiometry.
• Carry ongoing prescriptions and reports of chronic conditions.
